Straight about cost
No insurance-card puzzle, no surprise bill for seeing your doctor. Here it is in plain terms.
Your appointments and medically necessary care. With a valid Alberta Health card there is nothing to pay at the front desk. Bring the card; that is the whole transaction.
Physicals, illness and injury, chronic-condition management, referrals, prescriptions, and preventive visits.
Alberta Health does not cover paperwork requested by a third party. Things like driver's medical forms, age forms, attending physician statements, and other insurance or legal documentation carry a modest fee that we set.
We will publish that fee list openly before we open, so you always know the cost before you agree to it.
